Our mission at Silverbacks is to support local and give back. As such, everything at Silverbacks Cafe is hand crafted locally and available for purchase (except our employees), with proceeds going back to the hardworking men and women of Rwanda, in addition to wildlife preservation and protection.

From the tables and chairs that you sit in, to the dishes your food is served on, and of course, our coffee! If you find an item at the Cafe that is not on our website, please inquire and we will have it made for you.
