Strips of tender chicken, beef or fish, sauteed with farm fresh carrots, peppers and onions

Sort of like our stir fry, but the chicken, beef or fish is mixed with vegetables in a creamy white sauce

Whole Chicken

First we swoop a chicken from the coop. Pluck the feathers and clean it up for our customers. Then we rub the skin with butter, garlic, turmeric, black pepper and soy sauce before cooking it to perfection. Roasted in the oven or grilled on an open flame, your choice
