Agatogo

A traditional Rwandan delicacy, this combination of potatoes, bananas, spinach, and locally grown vegetables are cooked together into a hearty broth. Finished off with your choice of beef or chicken. This dish is made fresh and will take approximately 45 minutes to prepare. But it's worth the wait!

Chicken Pilau

Farm to table onions, peppers and carrots are sauteed in a pot with Pilau Masala while the chicken is deep fried. Then everything is combined with rice and left to simmer. This is a hearty and delicious dish that will satisfy the whole table. Order half for 8,000 less!

Swooped, plucked and cooked the same as the whole chicken, but for a smaller appetite

Isombe

Freshly sourced Cassava leaves are ground with with garlic, oil and peanut... allergic alert! Isombe spice cubes and water are added then slow cooked for hours. Can be made with or without beef and served with traditional sides of Kawunga (local dough made with corn flour). Ugali (local dough made with Cassava flour), or just plain rice

Whole Chicken

First we swoop a chicken from the coop. Pluck the feathers and clean it up for our customers. Then we rub the skin with butter, garlic, turmeric, black pepper and soy sauce before cooking it to perfection. Roasted in the oven or grilled on an open flame, your choice
